Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

A: Yes.

Q: I haven’t received my item. Who should I contact?

A: All orders are processed Monday through Friday but are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please allow for at least one business day for order processing. Processing time does not allow for any issues that may occur during payment authorization. If you still think your order has not arrived in a reasonable amount of time, email us.

Q: Why doesn’t the United States Postal Service (USPS) web site recognize the tracking number for an order I placed?

A: Your tracking number won’t be recognized by the USPS web site by until approximately 24 hours after your order has shipped.

Q: How will you notify me if there is a problem with my order?

A: All order communication is done via email, so it’s important that your email address is accurate and current.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International shipping typically arrives in 10-14 business days from the day your order is shipped out by Pleasekillme.com but can take longer depending on the customs processing in your destination country. All orders are processed by Pleasekillme.com Monday through Friday but are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please allow for at least one business day for order processing. Processing time does not allow for any issues that may occur during payment authorization.

All International orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) through Priority Mail International, Express Mail International, or Global Express Guaranteed depending on which shipping method you select when you place your order. However, please note that customs inspections may cause unforeseeable delays, both when leaving the United States and entering another country.

Please note that certain countries may charge additional fees, such as custom fees and independent carrier fees.

International Shipping FAQs

Q: Do you ship orders overseas?

A: Yes, we ship orders all over the world. All order communication will occur via email, so it’s very important that your email address is current and correct. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as well. Your phone number is optional, but it helps in case there is a delivery problem.

Q: Why does International shipping cost more?

A: International shipping costs more because your package is tracked and insured. Although Pleasekillme.com does not charge a handling fee, there is an increased cost when tracking and insuring packages beyond our borders.

Q: How much will I pay for International shipping?

A: Your shipping price will be determined online by the weight of your order and the shipping destination. After you enter the shipping address and before you process the payment, you’ll see the shipping price for your order.

Q: I live in the USA, but I’d like to ship something to a friend or family member overseas. Can I do that?

A: Yes, you can. You’ll need to select an International Shipping Method. Make sure to verify the shipping information before submitting your order.

Q: How long will it take my International package to arrive?

A: International orders typically arrive within 10-14 business days. Customs inspections may cause unforeseeable delays, both when leaving the United States and entering another country.

Q: Are there any other charges, taxes or duties?

A: You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Neither the U.S. Postal Service nor Pleasekillme.com can be held liable for any additional charges you may incur. Additional charges for Customs clearance must be borne by you. Pleasekillme.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Each country has their own Customs regulations that may or may not charge for certain types of merchandise or material included in your order. When ordering from Pleasekillme.com, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Each order will be accompanied by a Customs form that will document what is in the package and provide a dollar amount of the value of the package. If something is damaged, they will need to know the value of the item(s). You should contact your local Customs office for further information.

RETURNS:

 1. Please save the invoice received with your package. It’s your receipt.

2. Pleasekillme.com must receive the return item(s) within 45 days of purchase.

3. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE. CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Q: How do I return item(s) I purchased from the Pleasekillme.com Official Store?

A: To return item(s) to Pleasekillme.com, email us with your Return Request

YOU MUST EMAIL US YOUR RETURN REQUEST BEFORE SENDING YOUR RETURN ITEM(S) BACK TO US.

Q: Where will the refunded money go?

A: If payment was made through your bank account (eCheck or Instant Transfer) or PayPal balance, the money will go back to your PayPal balance.

If payment was made with a credit or debit card, the money will go back to your card. It can take up to 30 days for the refund to show up on the card statement.

Refunds are in the same currency and at the same conversion rate as the original payment.

Q: What information is needed in my return request?

A: Please include the answers to the following questions in your email Return Request:

1. What is the Invoice Number and the first and last name the order is listed under?

2. What item number(s) and item(s) are you going to be sending back?

3. What is the reason you’re sending the items back?

NOTE: Returns take approximately 1-3 weeks for processing. We appreciate your patience.

You may choose any shipping method you like for sending back your return item(s), but to avoid any confusion and/or lost merchandise, we suggest you use a shipping method that has a tracking number.

EXCHANGES:

2. Pleasekillme.com must receive the exchange item(s) within 45 days of purchase.

3. You will be charged for your new order and then credited when Pleasekillme.com receives the original merchandise back.

4. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE. CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.

OUR EXCHANGE POLICIES ON SPECIFIC ITEMS:

a. Clothing: Clothing can be exchanged or returned but not if the product has been worn or shows visible signs of wear.

b. “Switchblade” combs: “Switchblade” combs can be exchanged if they are still sealed in the “Delinquents with Combs” package. “SWITCHBLADE” COMBS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED IF THE “DELINQUENTS WITH COMBS” PACKAGING HAS BEEN OPENED OR TAMPERED WITH IN ANY WAY.

c. Books: Because all autographed hardcover and paperback copies of Please Kill Me: The Uncensored Oral History of Punk are personally inscribed to you, they are NOT RETURNABLE.

A: To exchange item(s) you purchased from the Pleasekillme.com Official Store, email us with your Exchange Request.
